There’s something utterly charming about this idea, that the identity or logo exists only for a short time each year and only as some metre high letters with no digital assets to speak of, beyond photos of the logo in position.
The very rarity of it’s existence is an exciting thought, even if some rascal goes and makes an eps of it now…
Kent Lyons has created the identity for the Jarman Award, using a tactile, 3D logo that is photographed in a new location for each year of the prize.
