Automic – Spirograph’s more than a toy!

On occasion you get an idea for a job that, in your head is simply perfect AND the client goes for it.

That’s what SomeOne’s new identity for Automic feels like to me. Automic have systems to automate stuff like ebay servers to power down when usage is low, and in a slightly tenuous link, the logo has been made by the ‘automated’ process of a Spirograph.

I don’t actually care how tenuous the link is because the result is smart as. The application of the patterns is well cared for AND they look kind of atomic, which is almost Automic.

The brown and yellow colour scheme is mature and I really like it.

The new look for business-automation company Automic uses Spirograph-style graphics.

I’d be delighted to receive your recommendations for brands and logos to review. All submissions should provide a link to a portfolio page or case study with multiple images. The more information you can provide, the more likely a brand will be reviewed.

Only real projects will be reviewed, please don’t link to concept logos or proposed rebrands.

Submission does not guarantee a review. Size, quality and other subjective factors all play into what might be reviewed.
