A fantastic move by Danish design brand Carl Hansen & Søn who've chosen to reintroduce a logo originally created by designer Hans J. Wegner for the 100th anniversary of his birth.

They dropped it in the 80's for a bland blue square with a C and a line.

The original Wegner logo is a nicely drawn monogram with plenty of craft. I'd be tempted to drop the partial white circle lines filling in the gaps, but it's not a killer.

A good move by Carl Hansen & Søn.
