Anything surf like should look surf like and not “big American sports franchise” like. So the new logo for the Association for Surfing Professionals (which seems essentially an excuse for a load of guys and gals to visit beautiful beaches and surf all day, in order to sell cool surf gear for their sponsors) is pretty much perfect.
A – it looks like a logo of a surf brand and I can see them selling masses of merch to groovy dudes across the globes beach resorts and…
B – The old one below was atrocious.

The ASP World Tour, owned by ZoSea, has also unveiled a brand new logo. In 2014, the Big Wave World Tour joins the ASP family, alongside with the Men’s and Women’s Championship Tours.
